Jordan Kruhlak

Jordan Kruhlak - Glean

As the driving force behind Glean, Jordan is a dedicated entrepreneur with a passion for clean energy and sustainability. With a unique background in finance and renewable energy, he is focused on making the transition to clean energy easy and affordable for everyone. Jordan is dedicated to growing Glean on the premise that Canadians deserve choice and an unbiased education when deciding if solar is right for them. Jordan started Glean with the goal of creating a brighter, more sustainable future in Canada.

Jordan graduated from the U of A with a bachelor’s in Finance and has a diploma in Alternative Energy Technology from NAIT.

Beth Andrew

Beth Andrew - Glean

Beth is a solar PV designer who has been working in the Alberta solar industry for nearly 10 years. Beth is passionate about renewable energy and believes that education is one of the keys to fighting climate change. Beth specializes in designing and developing solar energy systems for residential, farm and commercial applications. With a deep understanding of solar PV, she is focused on analyzing and verifying the feasibility of solar quotes to ensure that property owners get the best solar project possible. Beth is responsible for overseeing all technical operations within Glean, including solar quote analysis, project feasibility, process management and customer relationships.


Beth graduated from the U of A with a B.A. in Philosophy and has a diploma in Alternative Energy Technology from NAIT.
